The Chiththa Advanced Psychological Studies Open Institute of Sri Lanka (CAPSOISL) is the leading and the best institute for psychological studies in Sri Lanka since 2020. The main purpose of the CAPSOISL is that to build Certified Psychological Counsellors to solve the mental health issues by counselling services to strength the society to lead for a strong mental health nation and to prevent mental health disorders in the preliminary level. The Chiththa Advanced Psychological Studies Open Institute of Sri Lanka is the First Higher Studies Institute established specially for Psychology Studies that arrangements have been made to incorporated under a Act under the Democratic Socialist Republic of Parliament in Sri Lanka. From the year 2022, The CAPSOISL has diversified into Human Rights, Business Studies and Language Studies. Also The CAPSOISL has ranked as the World's First Open Institute for Psychology Studies.
