Department of Business Studies & Human Resource Development of The Chiththa Advanced Psychological Studies Open Institute of Sri Lanka is one of the leading Department related to the Business Studies, Human Resource Development & Entrepreneurship Studies Since 2023 with the guidelines of Pioneers Senior Lecturers in Management Studies of the National Universities in Sri Lanka.

The Department Business Studies and Human Resource Development courses are conducting by the under the  supervision of the Industrial Development Board (Ministry of Industry and Entrepreneurship Development) and The Human Resource Development Authority (Chief Ministry) in Sri Lanka.
