The History of CAPSOISL

Formerly Chiththa Advanced Psychological Studies Open Institute of Ceylon (CAPSOIC) was initially established as "The Society of Chiththa Certified Psychological Counsellors of Sri Lanka", inaugurated on 01st January 2020 is based on the guidelines of the Senior Lecturers in Psychology from the National Universities of Sri Lanka. The Chiththa Advanced Psychological Studies Open Institute of Sri Lanka Incorporated Under the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka Companies Act 07 of 2007 as A Non Profit Higher Studies Open Institute and Arrangements have been made to Incorporated Under The Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka Parliament Act Bill No 105 of 2022. And approved By The Human Resource Development Authority (Chief Ministry) of Sri Lanka, International Association of Applied Psychology; U.S.A. as the First Sri Lanka's First Institute Membership for Teaching Psychological Studies, Association of Health Care Trainers; U.K. in 2022 and now CAPSOIC has received International Signatory from The University and College Sector's Collective Response to the Global Goals (The SDG Accord); U.K; International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine; U.K. and Skill Development Council; Canada.
