Department of Human Rights of The Chiththa Advanced Psychological Studies Open Institute of Sri Lanka is one of the leading Department related to the Human Rights and Human Rights Education in Sri Lanka established Since 2023 with the guidelines of Pioneers Senior Professors in Human Rights of the National Universities in Sri Lanka.

The Chiththa Advanced Psychological Studies Open Institute of Sri Lanka made its first Memorandum of Understanding between the Sri Lanka Industrial Development Board on March 30, 2023 at the premises of the Sri Lanka Industrial Development Board.

The Memorandum of Understanding was signed to implement entrepreneurship training programs at The Chiththa Advanced Psychological Studies Open Institute of Sri Lanka to provide and encourage the technical knowledge needed by entrepreneurship students, to promote Employment Law and Rights.

Mr. Rohana Hettiarachchi Executive Director of the Paffrel Organisation has been declared to support  to provide the necessary lecture supports and resource contribution for the courses planned to be started at The Chiththa Advanced Psychological Studies Open Institute of Sri Lanka and it's written agreement letter handing over to Mr. M.B.N.D. De Silva the Senior Registrar of the CAPSOISL Institute; at the Headquarters of Paffrel Organisation on  19.04.2023
